You agree to use the platform lawfully, ensure you have rights to all uploaded data, comply with applicable data protection laws, and avoid prohibited or harmful activities. You are responsible for outputs generated using your configurations.
You retain ownership of all customer data. Simplagents acts as a data processor and processes data only per customer instructions. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
Simplagents maintains controls aligned with SOC 2 principles. While certification may be ongoing, systems are designed to meet audit-grade security standards.
Both parties agree to keep non-public business, technical, and customer information confidential.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but take reasonable steps to ensure reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplagents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate usage at any time. Upon termination, customer data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
